About the Role
Culmen International is seeking a Travel Specialist for a future Health and Human Services opportunity!

What You'll Do in Your New Role
In our efforts to provide the best care for unaccompanied children (UCs) with special needs, it is crucial to input travel requests into the company's scheduling system and communicate transport requirements to the Travel Youth Care Working (TYCW). It is also important to research and book flights ensuring accurate information of full legal names on air reservations. We must maintain a positive working relationship with travel service providers and vendors while remaining aware of travel-related information that may cause delays. Additionally, we may be tasked with managing travel expenses and ensuring compliance with ORR policies and procedures, state, and Federal regulations. It's important to note that employees may be assigned to overnight, weekends, or holiday shifts to support 24/7 operations and it's our responsibility to ensure accurate transportation itinerary information available to all necessary employees.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma with relevant work experience in travel coordination and booking travel.
* Possess a current and valid U.S. state/territory vehicle operator's license
* Fluent in English and Spanish language (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Ability to be on call 24/7/365
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1
* National Agency Check and Inquiries-NACI Clearance
Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing or coordinating nationwide travel and supporting travel logistics team for children living in a residential facility.
* Familiarity with the resettlement process and ORR policies
* Bi-lingual English and Spanish
* Experience working with children
