About The PositionJob Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help patients improve their quality of life and enhance their communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.Provide direct therapy services, using evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure holistic patient care.Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home programs to reinforce therapy goals.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulations.Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology and best practices.Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.Previous experience in a clinical setting or school environment is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.9464866EXPTEMP
