AlliedTravelCareers is working with AMN Healthcare Allied to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in LAKE CITY, South Carolina, 29560!Pay Information$1,076 to $1,240 per weekAbout The PositionJob Description & RequirementsSchool Psychologist (PSY) - School - (PSY - School)StartDate: ASAPAvailable Shifts: 7.5 DPay Rate: $1076.36 - $1240.16AMN Healthcare is partnering with a top school district in Lake City, SC to hire a School Psychologist to work in the area, providing services to children of all ages.This School Psychologist will provide counseling services to students on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and to the regular student population (treating mood disorders, autism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, social skill deficits, conduct disorders) to foster positive coping strategies, motivation, and skill development. Responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and strengths, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans, provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional and behavioral issue.They will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments, provide crisis intervention and support for students and staff as needed. They will also coordinate outreach activities that support students and families including pediatricians, outside counseling agencies, and agencies such as DCF, DMH, etc.Required QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral Degree in School PsychologyState Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the AssignmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a School Setting is PreferredExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community membersProficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settingsMaintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulationsStrong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral InterventionsJob BenefitsAllied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks and offer generous packages that include:
