The role involves a mandatory call requirement of 6 call shifts in each 8-week time block. This includes 3 weeknight calls and 3 weekend shifts, including holidays. Candidates must be comfortable handling various total joint replacement cases. The surgical department contains a 13-bed operating room and 1 local room.
