AlliedTravelCareers is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Surg Tech in Columbus, Indiana, 47201!About The Position**Job Title:** Certified Surgical Technologist**Job Specialty:** Surgery**Job Duration:** Full-Time**Shift:** Day**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week**Experience:** Specify years of relevant experience in surgical technology**License:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technologist Certification within 6 months of hire**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire**Must-Have:**- Associate degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program- Interest in Direct Hire**Job Description:**- Work within a surgical services team, collaborating with nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other personnel- Assist in delivering patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases- Perform duties in a 12+1 room operating environment with over 7,000 surgeries conducted annually, covering various specialties such as bariatric, gynecology, orthopedics, and cardiovascular- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients and families- Participate in a scheduled 3-day 12-hour shift rotation with variable start and end times- Respond to on-call duties, including holidays, with a 45-minute response time- Engage in a comprehensive benefits program eligible for positions with at least 16 hours per week- Opportunity for a multi-year signing bonus- Possibility of loan repayment for qualifying student loansPlease ensure you meet the required qualifications before applying.9369452EXPPLATJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
