Guaranteed Hours: [Information not provided] Experience: 12-24 months License: [Information not provided] Certifications: NBST, BLS Must-Have: 12-24 months of OR experience, NBST certification, BLS certification Job Description: - Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. - Prepare operating rooms for surgery by arranging equipment and ensuring sterilization of tools. - Pass instruments and other supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants during operations. - Assist in preparing patients for surgery, such as positioning them on the operating table and covering them with sterile drapes. - Help count sponges, needles, and instruments used during operations to ensure no foreign objects are retained. - Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room at all times. - Monitor surgical equipment and report any issues to the necessary personnel. - Adhere to all hospital policies and health and safety regulations.
