TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in General Surgery - REQUIRED VT license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED ATLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED 1+ year of employment experience as General Surgeon - REQUIRED 5+ years of employment experience as General Surgeon - PREFERRED 1-hour response time to hospital when on call, 15 mins response to a page.
