Travel Team Registered Nurse - Home Health

Keep reading if you are a registered nurse with Medicare Home Health experience and willing to travel across New York State to assist home health branches with initial setup and survival during vacancies.Travel Team Registered Nurse - Home HealthThis role will assist new locations transition to their permanent clinical team through onboarding and training. The travel team ensures seamless operations during growth, extended PTO, or other gaps. These team members prevent extra strain on the team, keeping patient care our top priority. This position will require a person to travel to New York State on a weekly basis.

Travel Team Registered Nurse - Home Health Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care
• Provides skilled nursing care including administration of medications and treatmentsas prescribed in the physician's plan of care for patients in their home setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel Team Registered Nurse - Hospice/Home Health Qualifications

• Current and active NY State RN license
• Must have recent Medicare HH experience
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; ASN okay.
