AREAS OF EMPHASIS1. Instructs and prepares patients for examinations and assists Radiologist during procedures.2. Demonstrates competence and proficiency in operation of all equipment and reports malfunctions to manager or lead.3. Completes all assigned procedures in a timely manner and uses time between proceduresto department advantage-assisting others and or assisting with room turnover4. Employee understands his/her role on maintaining medication security to authorizedpersonnel only.5. Demonstrates competency in providing health care services in own job category to allage groups.6. Demonstrates competency in interpersonal relationships to all age groups.D. DOCUMENTATION/INFORMATION MANAGEMENT1. Demonstrates competency in the use of Hospital information System (HIS), RadiologyInformation System (RIS) and PACS.2. Participates in hospital performance improvement activities (BPI projects, task forces,etc.) when warranted.3. Demonstrate confidentiality using own password and all patient care modules.4.
