\n- Assess, monitor, clean, and bandage patient wounds \u00a0 \n
- Work closely with members of patient care teams to ensure that personalized treatment plans are followed correctly to avoid infection \u00a0 \n
- Wound Care RNs educate patients and caretakers on wound care, infection, and injury prevention, and pressure ulcer (bed sore) care \u00a0 \n \n \n \n\n\n \u00a0 \n \n
