About Our ClientMy client is a family-oriented general contractor based out of the Greater St. Louis area that focuses on Parks & Rec, residential, commercial, and retail projects. They take a unique approach with each project to turn visions into reality. They constantly deliver timely and quality work with every client. They understand the importance of a work/life balance and provide the option to work from home whenever convenient for their employees. They are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to the team.Job Description
  • Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project from start to finish
  • Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
  • Travel to the job site frequently.

  • 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Previous experience in Commercial Construction is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the construction process
  • Can be union or non-union
  • Must be open to full time travel
