They are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to the team.
Job Description- Assisting the Senior team members in running/managing project from start to finish
- Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
- Travel to the job site frequently.

The Successful Applicant- 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience in Commercial Construction is a plus
- Strong understanding of the construction process
- Can be union or non-union
- Must be open to full time travel
