Job Description:
Embree Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from scheduling to managing resources and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards..Must have a clean driving record and ability to travel nationwide Responsibilities:Oversee the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and managing resourcesEnsure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersImplement and enforce safety procedures and regulationsCommunicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractorsReview project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design and code requirementsIdentify and resolve construction issues in a timely and efficient mannerProvide progress reports and updates to managementRequirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction managementStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipmentExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret project plans and specificationsExperience with construction management software and toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentForklift Operator certificate preferredWe offer competitive salary packages, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic and challenging work environment.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
