Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is actively seeking a remote Field Management Superintendent professional that would like to develop and advance in their respective career. They span market sectors and geographies and require innovative technical solutions to solve wide-ranging environmental problems within diverse community profiles.The successful individual who occupies this role will be responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within the assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single-area, multi-area or multi-discipline construction project.We are looking to add a member to the Field Management team. You would be the primary client contact for all jobsite day-to-day activities or may coordinate with the client s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned areas of operations.The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.Responsibilities are to ensure assigned job site operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, or may coordinate with client s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.Manage field crews and craft labor between 5 to 30 personManage workflows and dataPrepare technical plans and deliverables for projectsProject roles will vary including technical support and leading tasksComfortable working with a team toward a common goal, while working independently on individual tasksQualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:BA/BS + 6 years of related experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or/educationTravel up to 100% to and from work sites required.This role is subject to Background, MVR, Drug & Alcohol and Medical Surveillance screeningsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:15 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or/educationField remedial construction experienceExperience with CERCLA and RCRA remediation programs at complex sitesOSHA 40-hr Hazardous Waste certification preferred.Additional InformationPlease note that this role can be based anywhere in the United States and compensation data will vary in each location, including higher or lower than the stated range.#LI-EM1Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
