For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits ( | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)**Basic Qualifications:**- Must be 18 years of age or older- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available- No experience required and on the job training provided- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required- Must be willing to willing to travel overnight on the road a week at a time- Must have a current Drivers license with no restrictions.**Responsibilities**Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hoursDrives vehicles (if required) to perform assigned scheduled workMust pass background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)Must have a current Driviers license with no restrictions.May be expected to make basic repairsMiscellaneous duties as assignedTravel on the road to various assigned locations/ transportation and lodging provided.Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures.Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucksMay remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutionsMixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specificationsStrips, seals, finishes, and polishes floorsCleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatmentGathers and empties trashWipes and cleans tabletops, chairs, and equipmentCleans and polishes furniture and fixturesServices, deep cleans, and supplies restroomsPeriodically cleans overhead vents, dusts blinds, and polishes wood furnitureCleans interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesRequisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesOpportunities for overtime and bonus payAble to work at heights above 9ft and less than 30ftREQNUMBER: 95290All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
