Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Warsaw, Virginia.
Work EnvironmentIndividuals will work on multiple civil closeout sites. They will work for a company based out of Durham, one of the largest solar construction companies in the country. Individuals will be working in a new construction environment and will be exposed to the elements, including very hot and humid conditions in the summer. The work schedule is 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM daily with an hour break for lunch, and short breaks in the morning and afternoon. They will work 50-hour weeks initially. Safety is of the utmost importance; appropriate PPE gear including hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, reflective vest, and gloves must be worn. Two safety offenses will result in termination.
