A Project Manager positionis available at Garney Construction. This position is with our growing industrial team at Garney.This position requires full travel availability.

• Managing cost and Work In Progress projections.
• Managing job site supervisory personnel.
• Planning and scheduling the project.
• Developing and maintaining owner relations.
• Negotiating and purchasing materials.
• Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
• Managing project costs.
• Overseeing labor projections.
• Contract negotiation and administration.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
• 7-10 years of construction experience
