Responsibilities
* Responsible for field repairs to coaches that in litigation for final repair attempt
* Transport units when needed
* Communicate with retail customers
Qualifications
* Must have advance knowledge of RV repair procedures
* Must be able to work independently
* Excellent verbal / written communication skills
* Desire to provide exemplary customer service
* Excellent record keeping abilities
