Job Description- Project Leadership: Manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Scheduling & Sequencing: Develop, update, and manage project schedules using software such as Asta, P6, and MS Project. Ensure proper sequencing of activities to maximize efficiency and avoid delays.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and junior staff. Mentor and coach less experienced team members to help them grow within the company.
- Client Communication: Act as the face of the company on-site, maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, and engineers. Conduct regular progress meetings and address challenges proactively.
- Problem Solving: Tackle issues head-on with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring timely resolutions to any obstacles that arise during construction. Have the courage to engage in difficult conversations when necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee installation of critical systems, including enclosures, MEP, drywall, and cabinetry, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the project's design, schedule, and budget.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure all work is compliant with relevant codes and regulations.
- Project Closeout: Ensure the successful closeout of projects, completing punch lists, inspections, and documentation to hand over a quality product to the client.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: 10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects exceeding $50M, preferably high-rise buildings.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Expert-level scheduling and sequencing skills (Asta, P6, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of multi-layer building enclosures, MEP systems, and interiors
- Experienced in creating the master schedule on large-scale projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
- A team-oriented mindset, with a passion for mentoring younger staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Courageous and articulate in addressing issues proactively, without delaying difficult conversations.
