- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage one project at a time as the Lead Superintendent, reporting directly to the Project Manager based at the Tulsa office.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.
- Resolve on-site challenges and adapt plans to maintain project momentum.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (experience with ministry facilities is a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position with travel requirements.
Work Location
- Based on project assignments, travel is required. The office base is in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Travel across the U.S. for projects, with durations ranging from 12 to 20 months per project.
- Housing accommodations will be provided in fully furnished homes or apartments; employees are only responsible for groceries.
- Family members are welcome to travel alongside if needed. If family travel is not feasible, trips home are scheduled every 4-5 weeks, typically from Thursday to Monday.
- After completing one project, relocation to a new project site within the U.S. will be required.
