Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sophisticated tools and procedures for cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
  • Integrate core Treasury operations into cash, working capital, and financial risk management strategies.
  • Lead the company's liquidity forecasting, ensuring precision and promptness.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, optimizing the company's cash utilization and borrowing strategies.
  • Head the Risk Management, focusing on insurance and commodity hedging.
  • Supervise the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Direct initiatives for the evaluation and implementation of finance function off-shoring/outsourcing.
  • Develop and enforce treasury operational policies to maintain a strong control environment.
  • Spearhead the automation of banking platforms to boost operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate the efficient execution of daily and monthly financial closing processes.
  • Ensure the prompt and accurate processing of wire/ACH payments and the administration of Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
  • Conduct regular analyses of variances against forecasts and budgets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration with a Finance/Accounting focus.
    • Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role, including at least 5 years in a Treasury-focused position.
    • Preference for candidates with manufacturing industry experience.
    • MBA or C.P.A. certification is an advantage.
    • Experience in both private and public accounting sectors.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
    • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to driving results and fostering collaboration across all business levels.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Oracle or a similar E.R.P. system.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
