Basic Job Functions:

Contributes to a flexible and dynamic Treasury team by performing cash management, foreign exchange, and corporate finance processes. Implements and develops key procedures to fit the strategic needs of the company while offering new solutions and continuing to learn and grow within the role.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
  • CPA, CTP, CFA or MBA a plus.
  • 0-3 years business related experience; Finance/Accounting a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management
    • Support both domestic and foreign entity funding through various financial instruments.
    • Monitor global bank account balances and activity.
    • Assist in strategic initiatives to optimize global cash positioning.
    • Resolve day-to-day worldwide cash issues, including communication with external parties such as banks.
    • Process both domestic and international electronic payments via banking applications.
  • Foreign Exchange Management
    • Evaluate foreign currency exposures across multiple entities.
    • Execute foreign exchange transactions related to both hedging and funding needs.
    • Monthly and quarterly reporting related to compliance and accounting close.
    • Strategize around changing foreign currency exposures and become department expert on foreign exchange.
  • Corporate Finance
    • Track and reconcile debt activity as well as incoming and outgoing letters of credit and surety bonds.
    • Test quarterly covenant compliance for company loans and revolving line of credit.
    • Generate debt schedules, fair value calculations, and other reports for disclosure in SEC filings.
  • General
    • Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
    • Help to optimize global banking structure and open/close relevant bank accounts.
    • Assess potential commodity hedging needs and develop formal process together with multiple functions.
    • Support the issuance and maintenance of the company's corporate card program.
    • Aid in the updating of bank account signers and other important bank required information
    • Assist with earnings call preparation and related activities.
    • Required to be flexible in terms of working hours, especially when dealing with Asia during the evening hours.
  • Other miscellaneous duties and treasury projects as assigned to meet the demands of a growing and ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

  • 0% - 5% (On occasion/as needed for training, etc.)

Estimated Salary Range:

  • $58,900-$83,950 Annually.
