Treasury and Finance Specialist50-54K, based on experience.Are you a detail-oriented individual with treasury and banking operations experience with a knack for cash flow operations? Join a well-respected team in Syracuse, NY as a Treasury and Finance Specialist and play a pivotal role in an established finance department!Responsibilities:Facilitate seamless banking information for balancing and processing corporate wide cash flow management, credit application, and treasury needs.Manage electronic lock box, remote deposit, and monitor / reconcile control totals for accuracy.Process wire payments, EDI Payments, and ACH debits as required.Monitor cash and line of credit processes for enhanced efficiency.Maintain bank accounts, complete credit applications, and request bank verification and reference letters as needed.Request merchant numbers for credit card processing, resale certificates, and assign corporate credit cards as needed.Update and maintain weekly cash flow statements while working with D&B to update and report accurate information.Requirements:A minimum of an Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting.2-4 years of experience in Treasury and Banking.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong understanding of banking and accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an expertise in Excel.Benefits:Competitive salaryOutstanding benefits packageOpportunities for growth and developmentPositive work environmentApply today by sending a resume to ...@cpsrecruiter.com for immediate consideration!
