Our client, a leading Professional Service Company in the Edison, NJ area, is seeking to add a Treasury Analyst to their team. This role will be Hybrid and report to the Director of Treasury.

In this role, you will be responsible for all treasury-related responsibilities for the company's locations. This includes, but is not limited to:
Preparing daily, weekly, & monthly cash balance reports for multiple bank accounts and movement of cash between these accounts.Preparing daily, weekly, & monthly journal entries and agreeing month-end balance sheet accounts to supporting detail.Assisting with the issuance and management of credit support (Letters of Credit, Bonds, Guarantees).Managing deliverables required under various financings, swap agreements, etc.Providing support to senior management.Providing support on cash flow forecasting and other one-off projects as needed.Monitoring banking activities to detect irregularities and to transfer funds per existing cash management protocols and investigating and following up on all cash-related discrepancies.Assisting in updating cash flow projections across business lines.Communicating with multiple banks, including new account setup and existing account management.Investigating and following up on all cash-related discrepancies.Required Skills
Bachelor's degree.5+ years of experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency working with Excel, Word, Outlook.Knowledge and experience working with Power Query is a plus.Co offers Top Tier Paid for benefits, career progression, and more!
