We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Coordinator to join our organization. As a Treasury Management Coordinator at Nusenda Credit Union, you will be the first point of contact to support Treasury Management business members perform maintenance on commercial deposit accounts. Every day, you will be responsible for initial setting up all Business Online Banking members and users. You'll collaborate with internal departments to smoothly and efficiently onboard new client relationships. You'll handle incoming calls and emails in support of the Business Internet Banking platform to resolve issues through the process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. You'll be responsible for tracking outstanding documents and follow-up to finalize the account opening or updating process.
To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent professional experience. This position is one part clerical and one part member-service. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring interpersonal communication, member service, and problem-solving.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of Treasury Management services, commercial deposit offerings, back-office operation functions, business financial products, regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Working knowledge of the NACHA rules and regulations.
* Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
* Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in-person, email, etc.
* Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
* Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
* Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
