WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Treasury Management Support Specialist will work with Treasury Management Executives, Commercial Relationship Managers, Commercial Loan Coordinators, Retail and customers to provide support for commercial deposit and cash management services.

Additional Duties:
* Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries.
* Provide training, for all cash management services, including but not limited to, ACH processing, business internet banking, sweep accounts, positive pay, monthly and annual CD's, and Remote Deposit Capture.
* Complete system setup and maintenance items for existing and new treasury management products and services.
* Prepare customer documents required to establish or maintain treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts.
* Assist Retail associates with Treasury Management services referrals.
* Assist business customer who have experience fraud on their account.
* Open new accounts as needed by Commercial or Treasury Management Executives.
* Provide specialized line of business support.
* Other special projects as directed.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
* College degree preferably in business, accounting or finance or High School diploma and 2 years related work experience.
* Previous banking or finance and customer service experience preferred.
* Previous experience in roles identifying customer needs to expand relationships.
* Requires strong background working with a variety of PC operating systems and anti-virus software.
* Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Access and Adobe Acrobat.
