Committed to helping investors navigate complex financial markets, they empower clients to make informed decisions and reach their financial goals.
As the company continues to expand, they are looking to hire a Treasury Operations or Broker Dealer professional with a FINRA Series 99 license to lead and grow the team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage treasury operations to maximize returns while adhering to regulatory and risk management guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Treasury Operations team, promoting their professional development.
- Collaborate with the Data team to forecast growth, determine optimal asset allocations, and report key business metrics related to the sweep program.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) within Treasury Operations.
- Oversee the daily movement of client funds within the brokered sweep program and across various products and entities.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliations for the brokered sweep program, using a proprietary algorithm for optimal distribution across bank partners.
Requirements:
- Active FINRA licenses, with a preference for candidates holding the SIE and Series 99.
- Knowledge of SEC/FINRA Broker Dealer regulations (e.g., 15c3-1 Net Capital rules, 15c3-3 Customer Reserve rules) is a plus.
