- Assist in producing financial goals; implement controls over spending and production to ensure adherence to the budget
- Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS: - International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist designation and 3OT certified
- Minimum of 5 years industry related experience in residential, commercial, and municipal tree care
- Minimum of 5 years managing personnel
- Valid Iowa driver's license with a Class B CDL endorsement and a clean driving record
- Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 100 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and during adverse weather conditions as warranted by workload and schedule
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
