- Assess and prioritize patient needs based on urgency and medical history.
- Gather detailed patient information and medical history related to dermatological concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Relay information between patients and dermatologists, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide patients with information on dermatological conditions and treatment options.
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-treatment care, including medication usage and skincare routines.
- Clear communication to patients regarding biopsy results and treatment needed
- Schedule appropriate appointments based on provider guidelines

Additional InformationJob Type:
- Full-time - Monday-Friday: 8 am-5 pm
Experience:
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records( EHR)
- At least 2 years of triage experience in a medical office
Education:
- High School Diploma is required
Certifications/Licenses:
- Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma or Associate degree preferred
Pay
- Starts at $20.00 hourly and increases with experience
