About Us Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians. Our Team Brigham and Women's Health Care Center in Pembroke is a multi-level facility spanning 30,000 square feet. Located at 15 Corporate Park Drive, the center includes primary care/family medicine (all ages), obstetrics and gynecology, as well as a multi-specialty clinic (cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, pulmonary, general surgery, vascular, and urology). The Opportunity We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Triage RN to support our Multispecialty clinic onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. This role will consist of primarily phone triage, but has some patient facing hands-on aspects as well. The Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. This person will be an integral part of an extraordinary team. Qualifications Qualifications • Must be a licensed RN in Massachusett • For newly licensed nurses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required • At least 2 years of experience as a RN required • Electronic Medical Record experience strongly preferred • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged EEO Statement Mass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
