Job DescriptionWhitemore James Black is presently assisting a top California law firm on their search for a Trial Attorney to assist them on an upcoming trial in the Los Angeles Superior Court. This role is available immediately with the trial expected to wrap up at the end of the year. The firm anticipates 50 to 100 hours a week per month, though more time may be needed on the matter. The estimated range would be on a W-2 basis, though the firm is open to discussing compensation.The case is a complex Products Liability matter. The firm is seeking an attorney with expert-level knowledge in products liability that can work with the trial team to develop case strategy.
