Duties

  • Manage a variety of litigation cases involving business disputes, real estate, family law, employment litigation, and contract actions.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Conduct research and provide legal analysis to support case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative actions.
  • Handle full case management from inception through trial.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys on complex litigation matters.
  • Transition and adapt to new areas of law as required by case assignments.
  • Maintain a professional, ethical, and aggressive approach to litigation.

Requirements

  • Strong civil litigation and trial preparation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing cases through trial.
  • Ability to handle a broad range of legal matters, including business disputes, employment litigation, real estate, probate, and family law.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • In-office work commitment (not a remote position).

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
