Duties
- Manage a variety of litigation cases involving business disputes, real estate, family law, employment litigation, and contract actions.
- Prepare cases for trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
- Conduct research and provide legal analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative actions.
- Handle full case management from inception through trial.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on complex litigation matters.
- Transition and adapt to new areas of law as required by case assignments.
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and aggressive approach to litigation.
Requirements
- Strong civil litigation and trial preparation skills.
- Proven experience in managing cases through trial.
- Ability to handle a broad range of legal matters, including business disputes, employment litigation, real estate, probate, and family law.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- In-office work commitment (not a remote position).
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
