Candidates must have experience from pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court. Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be able to research and draft motions in complex real estate litigation cases at both the trial and appellate level, and conduct initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions. - Must have excellent writing skills and be able to research and draft motions in complex real estate litigation cases at both the trial and appellate level, and conduct initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions.

- The Revenue Sharing Plan offers a competitive compensation system to all attorneys.
- Receives one-third of the hours billed by that attorney and then collected by the firm (in addition to 20% bonuses paid to the attorney for introducing a client to the firm).
- Assuming one-third of the cash revenue collected on billed time is greater than the amount of salary paid, the difference will be paid to the attorney as a bonus.
- The firm has no minimum hours requirement, and earning potential under the revenue sharing is unlimited.
