Duties:
Manage and supervise the firm's trial attorneys and litigation teamDevelop and implement case strategies and trial plansCoordinate trial preparation and schedulingConduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to trial attorneysEnsure compliance with legal standards and firm policiesOversee the quality and efficiency of trial litigation processesRepresent the firm in complex and high-profile cases as neededFoster a collaborative and productive team environmentParticipate in strategic planning and decision-making for the firmStay updated on legal developments, trial procedures, and industry trendsRequirements:
10+ years of trial experience, with a preference for personal injury trial experienceProven track record in managing plaintiff or defense litigationStrong leadership and management skills with experience managing trial lawyers and teamsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the state of TexasExcellent communication, negotiation, and client advocacy skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentThorough understanding of leadership and management principles in a legal settingCertifications:
