Represents the interests of the policyholder in defending claims or asserting claims against others as authorized, ensuring that there is no conflict of interest between the policyholder and the Company. Participates in training Claims personnel regarding coverage and litigation issues as requested. Reviews case law and statutory changes to maintain current knowledge of the law and to foresee legal trends.
