Maintains good academic standing with a 70% or higher Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) rate. This is a Temporary Position that will end at every Fall, Spring, and Summer semester and is contingent upon the availability of grant funds.Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes different learning strategies to encourage students to study and complete assignments.Explains specific course materials and assists students with assignments.Maintains logs while keeping students' confidentiality.Works with students in a lab setting.Will be required to attend in-class presentations. Preferred:
- 3.0 GPA in subject area and 3.00 GPA overall.
- Tutoring experience is preferred.
