Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Troubleshooting Specialist - Solar
for a prominent client in the renewable energy industry. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems. This is a key role that allows you to utilize your technical support experience while contributing to the growth of clean energy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics support to customers over the phone.
- Assist customers in verifying the components of solar systems using homeowner checklists.
- Utilize tools such as ClickUp and PerformYard for task management and issue tracking.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 technicians for complex escalations.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records of customer interactions.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical malfunctions for solar energy systems.
Qualifications:
- Tech support or troubleshooting experience, preferably in renewable energy or related fields.
- Ability to measure watts and a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Associates degree, science degree, or technical school background preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred for enhanced customer support.
- Availability to work 4 pm-12 am shifts.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
