The Truck Driver is responsible for safe and timely transportation of company materials to and from the required destinations while complying with all DOT requirements. Roles and Responsibilities The Truck Driver will perform the following duties in a safe, productive, and effective manner: Checks vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order Logs working hours, vehicle service, or repair status Complies with state and federal regulations Reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage Requirements Must have a valid and current Class C drivers license Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience driving trucks up-to 26,000 Lbs Must have a Current DOT Medical Card, or ability to obtain one soon Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Has the understanding and ability to safely operate forklifts to load and unload flatbed trucks with various construction materials.
