Carolina International Trucks, Inc. is seeking an experienced individual with knowledge in selling capital expenditure equipment to join our winning team at our Charleson, SC location.Responsibilities:
- Develops sales plan with GM and Sales Manager's input.
- Schedules and completes regular sales calls in territory.
- Prepares a comprehensive Customer Solutions proposal.
- Documents proposal, sales calls, follow ups and activities in CRM software.
- Utilizes Navistar's internal system to apply for and Special Price Allowances (SPA's)
- Assure vehicles are ready and appropriate paperwork is completed for delivery.
- Performs a thorough delivery presentation including vehicle operation, warranties, extended coverage options and parts and service contracts at the dealership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment industry with strong consultative sales skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL license within 90 days of hire.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Employee is required to reside in the position's market area.
