A highly regarded boutique firm is seeking a trust and estates attorney to join their top-ranked estate planning and administration team. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in sophisticated estate and administration planning. You will have a proven ability to manage complex estates and represent trustees independently, while also contributing to early-stage client development. Experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families is highly preferred. Expertise in handling fiduciary income tax matters and advising on federal estate and gift tax issues is helpful. Although a book of business is not required, the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships is essential.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside accomplished senior partners and to inherit key client relationships as partners transition toward retirement in the coming years. Compensation Range: $160,000 – $200,000 DOE, with performance bonuses and additional incentives for client development.
