- 3 to 7 years of experience in estate planning, including sophisticated drafting, estate and trust administration, and estate and tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex matters efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interaction and document preparation.
- Analytical mindset to assess legal issues and develop effective solutions.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.
- Preferred: LLM degree, enhancing expertise in trusts and estates law.
