On Call Counsel is seeking a talented associate with 3 7 years of experience in estate planning and administration to join its client's esteemed firm in NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in sophisticated drafting, asset protection, and wealth transfer techniques.
• Prepare gift tax returns and estate tax returns (experience is beneficial).
• Manage probate administration tasks (experience is a plus).
• Assume significant responsibility for client matters, including direct client contact.
• Collaborate with high net worth clients on complex drafting projects.

Qualifications:

• 3 5 or 5-8 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• An LLM in estate planning or tax is preferred.
