Trust Associate Intro The Trust Associate position is an intermediate-level role focused on the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with both new and existing transactions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with the policies and procedures.Trust Associate Job Details - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of capital markets transactions, including Aviation loan facilities and ABS Aircraft Securitizations. - Support transaction managers in managing high-volume activities such as New Loan Draws, Funding, Amortization, Prepayments, Interest Payments, Commitment Fees, and Amendments to Credit and Security Agreements. - Manage Lender Waiver Requests and maintain ongoing communication with the Aviation Banking Team, Delaware Loan Ops, and Transaction Managers on both new and existing facilities. - Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions, including posting documents to Debt Domain. - Support the distribution of relevant rate reset notices. - Assist Transaction Managers in completing internal projects related to their transactions.- Manage document custody requests for releases. - Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients. - Adhere to the Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing, and deal maintenance.- Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction setup, activity, and reporting. - Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients. - Demonstrate consideration for the bank's reputation and safeguard its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.Trust Associate Mandatory Skills - 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations, transaction management, or product management. - Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, maintenance, and direct client interaction. - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. - Ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. - Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge. - Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Trust Associate Desired Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
