Trust & Estates Attorney - New YorkWhat You'll Do:As a Trust & Estates Attorney in our New York office, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's estate planning and administration practice. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Complex Estate Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Provide asset protection planning and strategies.
- Trusts & Estates Administration:
- Administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage all aspects of probate and trust administration, including preparing and reviewing documents, filings, and reports.
- Client Consultation and Representation:
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax matters.
- Represent clients in estate-related disputes and litigation.
- Collaborative Work:
- Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in complex estate planning, asset protection planning, and trusts & estates administration.
- Experience in business is a plus but not required.
- Qualifications:
- LLM in Taxation or CPA.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Salary:The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
