SourceProSearch is seeking a skilled Trust & Estates Legal Secretary to support our attorneys with administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in trust and estate law. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents for wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Manage client files and case schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
- Communicate with clients and handle confidential information.
- Perform general administrative duties and support departmental workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a legal secretary, preferably in trust and estates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Compensation:
- Salary in the $80,000 range, plus overtime.
