We are working with a premier probate litigation law firm, focused on guiding its global, ultra-high-net-worth individual and institutional clients through the complexities of contested probate and civil court proceedings throughout California and Texas. The firm seeks two (2) attorneys for its growing team, one for its Los Angeles office and one for its San Diego office. Salary is $140,000 - $240,000, depending upon experience, and more if the attorney brings a substantial book of business (not required for the position). Your Qualifications
- You have cut your teeth in probate litigation and know the California Probate Code and the California Rules of Civil Procedure inside out.
- You have between 3-5 years of experience, specifically in trust and estate disputes.
