Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Professional to lead and manage a diverse team, driving strategic program initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of project objectives. You will oversee the execution, tracking, and reporting of all business processes such as Procurement and Travel reports, contract deliverables and OCONUS deployments. You will supervise the program's day-to-day business operations and provide operational oversight and direction for a team. You will also develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a programmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns in order to quickly and proactively identify and resolve requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success. BA/BS and minimum 5 years of related work experience or MA/MS and minimum 3 years of related work experience. Experience with DoD programs and services inclusive of financial management. Experience with DoD processes, services, including procurement and financial management Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
