TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seat & interior trim, with operations in 14 countries. Our production is expanding & requires team players to join our TS Tech family at our Canal Winchester location (TS Trim Industries). TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V. There are immediate openings for the position of Automation Engineering Technician. Possess the ability to manage and control multiple projects. Use your experience to improve and develop better process and be able to setup new equipment for mass production. Qualifications:
  • 5 yrs. Manufacturing Experience.
  • 3 yrs. Industrial Controls Experience. (Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC's, HMI's, Robotics, Vision, etc.)
  • Ability to read various types of drawings. (Equipment Controls, Part drawings)
  • A solid understanding of OSHA safety standards.
Primary Position responsibilities: • Maintain & Improve manufacturing process. • Reduce machine downtime. • Improve part quality through material or process improvement. • Maintain and develop set up standard's for new equipment. • Train techs on new technology. Essential skills and experience: • Diagnostics Skills, electrical and mechanical. • CAD Skills • PLC Programming • HMI Programming • Robotics Programming • Knowledge of Pneumatic. • Knowledge of Hydraulics Reporting to this position: No direct reports Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
