Tube Seamer

SUMMARY:

The Tube Seamer/Tube roller position is responsible for inspecting flat stock for defects, using a tube roller to roll material, then load a robotic welder to weld the top seam together. Individuals in this role must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced and team-focused environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Inspect all material for scratches/ defects

* Operate small hand tools.

* Operate Tube roller.

* Lift and carry tube sections.

* Load and unload robotic welder.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Accurately and efficiently read tape measure.

* Accurately and efficiently read prints and production schedules.

* Ability to Lift 60+ lbs

* Safely operate hand tools and small shop power equipment.

* Team player.

* Positive attitude.

* Good attendance.
