Turner Industries is accepting resumes for an experienced Turnaround Coordinator in Bay City, TX.
* Successful candidates will have previous experience coordinating with vendors and working directly with clients.
* SAP experience is highly preferred
* Knowledgeable in Mechanical and/or Electrical Planning
* No per diem, ideal for a local candidate
General Job Description:
Prepares complete estimates for assigned project(s) and determines project plans and specifications.
Functional Requirements:
Reviews and incorporates historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis
reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures; estimates worker-hours and materials required to
complete the job; reviews specifications, drawings, etc. to determine scope of work and required
contents of estimate; prepares estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work; maintains
files of working documents and back-up for estimate figures; follows contracts as assigned - may
include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits, procuring material, etc.; performs
additional assignments as required.
Qualification Standards:
* Minimum four (4) years to five (5) years of field experience and/or education in construction
technology
* Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills

* Location: industrial construction site and/or office environment
* Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground level; obstructed pathways; work performed at
low and/or high elevations; work performed in confined areas
* Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: indoor/ outdoor climate; may be exposed to extreme
hot or cold weather, excessive humidity, rain, etc.; various noise levels caused by tools, machinery,
equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances
