We are looking for a detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to provide turndown service and maintain the cleanliness of all guest rooms. The main focus of this role is to uphold The Breakers' standards for care and cleanliness in each guest room, preparing them for guests' rest and relaxation. The Turndown Attendant will also assist guests as required, delivering friendly, courteous, and professional service. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift 5:30PM until 9:30PM. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred - Strong attention to detail - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision - Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities: - Provide turndown service in guest rooms according to established standards - Ensure all guest rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department - Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner - Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times - Follow all safety and sanitation policies
